First things first, we will carry out a no-obligation architectural review of your property, examining the building envelope, offering initial design advice, discussing the feasibility of your proposal, and determining the best course of action. We will also advise on which applications may be required and provide a fee quotation for our services. The telephone consultation will take approximately 20-30 minutes.
If you decide to proceed with the quotation provided, we will issue a fee acceptance form for your review and completion. Upon receipt of the signed fee acceptance form, we will commence work.
Once appointed, we will visit your property to assess the space, review existing structures, and carry out a detailed measured survey.
